Jewish Charity - Canadian Friends of the Israel Museum

Canadian Ambassador to Israel Jon Allen briefed fifty supporters of the Canadian Friends of the Israel Museum on July 27, at a summer reception in the home and garden of Tamara and Gary Fine.

Ambassador Allen and his wife, Clara Hirsch have attended several International Councils. In his remarks that evening, he spoke of his affection for and connection to the Israel Museum along with appreciation to Canadians for supporting Free Admission to the Museum for Israeli children. As well, Ambassador Allen discussed the full gamut of issues in the Middle East and engaged in a dynamic dialogue with the guests.

The Israel Museum was represented by Danny Ben Natan, Vice President for Development and International Relations.
