Crawling Tecumseth
On September 17th, the CFIM's Young Associates celebrated their second annual gallery crawl with “Crawling Tecumseth: tō-come-sĕe”.
The event featured visits to four prominent Toronto galleries in the King West area, which included Susan Hobbs Gallery, Georgia Scherman Projects, Birch Libralato and a final party for 150 at Diaz Contemporary.
Crawling Tecumseth was chaired by CFIM Young Associates Matthew Elkind, Laura Rovinescu and Sarah Sauder. Young Associate Chairs, Jessica Waks and Rina Zigler spoke to the guests about the Israel Museum and encouraged more involvement with the Canadian Friends as well as announced a new CFIM YA chapter that is developing in Ottawa.
Crawling Tecumseth raised enough money to admit more than 200 children to the Israel Museum.
